Become a Sponsor

Partnering with the Alamo Chapter (ACPP) as a sponsor can provide you with a targeted method for communicating your products and services to our Chapter’s members and guests. Annual sponsorships are designed to help fund the Chapter’s award-winning website, educational events, and other activities. Sponsorships are effective for one year from the date payment is received.

Here are some highlights about our organization:

• ACPP continues to actively grow our membership - we were over 135 members strong in 2021, with a 60% membership retention rate for 2022

• An average of over 80 attendees at our monthly meetings prior to COVID-19 and 35 attendees virtually

• 57% of members are also PayrollOrg National members

• Since 1992, the Alamo Chapter continues to be supported by members from large companies in the area such as HEB Grocery Company, Rackspace, USAA, Andeavor, Valero Energy Corporation, Whataburger, Visionworks, iHeart Media, Petco, Becton, Dickson & Company, HoltCAT, and Acelity. Our membership includes company decision-makers and influencers.

• Recognized nationally for the quality education and services we provide our members since the early 2000's as a Chapter of the Year two-time recipient at the PayrollOrg's Annual Congress (http://apasanantonio.com/Chapter_Awards)

• ACPP has also received awards for our website (1st place in 2016, 2021 and in 2022) where your company logo would be displayed, based on the sponsorship level you have chosen

• Our website averages over 2,000 hits per month so your sponsorship would provide significant value and visibility to the payroll community in the San Antonio and surrounding area

Sponsorship benefits are available in five Texas-themed levels as follows:

Alamo Sponsor - $1,500 and up

• Your company logo appears on the ACPP website's Home page, Sponsors page, and Related Links page

• Your company logo appears on our online newsletter

• Your company logo appears on all printed materials (ACPP flyers, brochures and meeting Sponsor table tops)

• Social media hashtag recognition throughout the year

• Recognition of your company's sponsorship during monthly meeting announcements

• Display of your company's brochures, flyers, or business cards at each monthly meeting (must include ACPP logo on printed materials)

• One company representative and guest can attend meeting of their choice during sponsorship year for free and speak on approved RCH topic (Restrictions do apply)

• Two free chapter memberships (expires when sponsorship expires)

• Free job postings on website (expires when sponsorship expires)

• Sponsorship covers $50 in gift cards each month as door prizes ($550 value) and announcement of sponsorship as each door prize is distributed during meeting

• One free admittance to annual event (if held)

• One free member registration at BOTH NPW Celebration (September) and Year-End meeting (December)

Fiesta Sponsor - $1,000

• Your company logo appears on the ACPP website’s Sponsors page and Related Links page

• Your company logo appears on our online newsletter

• Your company logo appears on all printed materials (ACPP flyers, brochures, and meeting Sponsor table tops)
